SHIPPING POLICY

At Oddmas, we want your order to arrive as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping.

SHIPPING ZONES
We ship to:
- United States: all states.
- International: check availability for your country at checkout. If your address doesn't appear as an option, unfortunately we can't ship to that area at the moment.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, with no minimum purchase.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

DELIVERY TIMES
- United States: 8–12 business days.
- International: varies by destination (shown at checkout).

Delivery times start counting once your order has been processed and shipped, not from the moment of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
(Delivery times may be affected by holidays, high-demand periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, or causes beyond our control such as carrier issues.)

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before being shipped. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at all times.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders to the United States, any import duties and taxes are included in the price. You won't have to pay anything extra on delivery.
For international orders outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office before placing your order.

LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, contact us at oddmas@use.startmail.com with your order number. We'll resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
